Scafell Pike, one of three British peaks climbed as part of the National Three Peaks Challenge, is the highest fell in England (the highest ground for over 90 miles in fact). Standing over 3000 feet high (978m) it is located in in Cumbria and forms part of the Lake District National Park.

Immensely popular with walkers, Scafell Pike can be reached by foot by the valleys of Wasdale Head, Borrowdale, Great Langdale and Eskdale.
