Delightful 1st floor apartment is beautifully furnished with modern and traditional features with every modern day convenience. Located in Papcastle, near Cockermouth. The Lake District and Solway Coast are both within 15 minutes drive. This cottage has gas central heating and consists of an Open plan living room with beamed ceiling, LCD television, DVD, video, CD radio and wood burning stove. Lovely balcony outside with views over the river Derwent, well equipped kitchen and utility area, with fitted bathroom and seperate WC. No pets or smokers. Another excellent cottage option is Galloway Cottage, Crosby, Nr Maryport. This cottage dates back to the 1720’s andused to be the village pub. Now a lovely 1 bedroom holiday cottage perfect for short breaks. Situated in Crosby just 1 mile from the Cumbrian coast and 2 miles from Maryport. The local beach is a fantastic place to walk your dog as Galloway Cottage is a pet friendly cottage. Hot food and drinks are available at the Stag Inn pub just 400 yards away. Therefore power for lighting is provided by solar panels, toilet facilities with a continental style peat toilet, and heating by a wood burner.
